We can ship to almost anywhere in the United States, with the exception of states that have deemed Hemp, Delta8, CBD, or any other minor cannabinoid to be illegal or have not determined how it will be classified.

Please note that because of the varying degrees of state regulations, there may be restrictions on the shipment of goods depending on your local and state laws. Due to this, we reserve the right to suspend, cancel or adjust any order that may conflict with local, national or international laws.

When you place you order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. A tracking number will typically accompany your order once it has been fulfilled and any questions regarding the location of your package once it has been shipped should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Each purchase from Hemperial Leaf comes with a comprehensive packet that outlines the 2018 Farm Bill, which made hemp a federally legal product for nationwide sale and transport, the validity of the product and all other necessary legal documentation. Although our products are tested and certified to be legal hemp, our products share many properties with marijuana which is deemed a federally illegal product. The similar appearance and terpene profiles can lead to confusion by law enforcement, which may lead to a seizure of the product during shipping. The majority of the time, this is not an issue and shipping goes smoothly. However, if there are any issues regarding your shipment being delayed or seized by law enforcement, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist.

As stated above, the laws surrounding Hemp are not always clear and to stay compliant with all state and federal laws Hemperial Leaf reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order to comply with local laws.

Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be assumed by the customer.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and any additional information or photos about your order that may be needed (such as damaged boxes, incorrect product, etc). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that photos and an order invoice will be needed for any damaged or missing products from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receiving your return package, however in many cases you will likely receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please understand that due to the nature and volume of our sourced hemp flower, our final product could contain seeds. Although we do our best to source the absolute best hemp flower, there always remains the possibility of seeds. In products that are known to be seeded, it will be noted on the product page along with the product containing a little extra flower to compensate for the lost weight. If the amount of seeds seems excessive, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product so that we may review our inventory and issue an exchange or refund. Please also provide photos of the product so that we can conduct a proper quality review.
