Hemperial Brands only grants use of this website, its products and any other affiliated materials, to those who agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

By visiting, purchasing and/or using products from Hemperial Brands LLC (“us” “the Company” “Hemperial Brands”), you (“the consumer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

The collection, use and storage of your information as outlined by the Privacy Policy.
The individual purchasing and receiving products from Hemperial Brands and any of its affiliates, is of appropriate age as applicable to local, state and federal laws, and will not redistribute any product to any individual under the age of 21 or as applicable to local, state and federal laws.

To not rebrand, repackage or redistribute any Hemperial Brands products without the written authorization and consent by the Company.

To withhold any responsibility to Hemperial Brands for any unsecured information and/or data breaches, and any damages that may incur as a result of such.

You agree that all images, trademarks, logos, materials and products found on Hemperial Brand products, websites, promotional materials and the likes are the intellectual property of Hemperial Brands and to not reproduce, use, display or trademark any logo, trade secret, trademark, or other intellectual property without the written consent and authorization by the Company.

To resolve any legal disputes that may arise by arbitration. The Company reserves the right to choose the venue and provider of arbitration at the full expense of the instigating party.

To withhold any responsibility to Hemperial Brands, and any of its Members, for any damages, physical or financial, as a result of business conducted by or on behalf of Hemperial Brands.
The consumer agrees to take full responsibility for any and all damages, without limitations., resulting from the use of any services or products provided by Hemperial Brands. The consumer also acknowledges the inherent health risks associated to any consumable or inhalable product, and the consumer agrees to retain full responsibility for any and all health related issues and related damages, physical and monetarily, in perpetuity.
