Returns/Refunds Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receiving your return package, however in many cases you will likely receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to almost anywhere in the United States, with the exception of states that have deemed Hemp, Hemp derivatives, Hemp derived cannabinoids, etc. to be illegal or have not determined how it will be classified. Note that due to state regulations, there may be restrictions on shipping and our products cannot be shipped to any international destinations
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Summer Shipping Policy
In an effort to protect product shipped during the summer months, Hemperial Brands has in place a “Summer Shipping Policy” between the months of May and September. During these months, products ordered to be shipped will only be shipped out Monday-Wednesday. Products ordered Thursday-Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday, with exception of holidays that may fall on the following Monday. Should the product arrive damaged, melted or with issue due to heat, please contact our team as soon as possible.

Shipping
Each purchase from Hemperial Leaf comes with relevant information that outlines the 2018 Farm Bill, which made hemp a federally legal product for nationwide sale and transport, the validity of the product and all other necessary legal documentation. Although our products are tested and certified to be legal hemp, our products share many properties with marijuana which is deemed a federally illegal product. The similar appearance and terpene profiles can lead to confusion by law enforcement, which may lead to a seizure of the product during shipping. The majority of the time, this is not an issue and shipping goes smoothly. However, if there are any issues regarding your shipment being delayed or seized by law enforcement, contact us and we will do what we can to assist.
Products
Please understand that due to the nature and volume of our sourced hemp flower our final product could contain seeds. Although we do our best to source the absolute best hemp flower, there always remains the possibility of seeds. In products that are known to be seeded, it will be noted on the product page along with the product containing a little extra flower to compensate for the lost weight. If the amount of seeds seems excessive, please contact us so that we may review our product and issue an exchange or refund. Please also provide photos of the product so that we can conduct a proper quality review.

As stated above, the laws surrounding Hemp are not always clear and to stay compliant with all state and federal laws Hemperial Leaf reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order to comply with local laws.
